EXPERIENCE THE CONFLICT CAFÉ

What if we saw conflict as an opportunity to improve our collaboration skills and foster more meaningful relationships?

ENGAGED IN THE SOCIO-ECOLOGICAL TRANSITION

WHY?

At the heart of everything we do is the belief that a socio-ecological transition is not only necessary but vital. It’s about caring for the planet’s resources and rekindling the connection between humans—themselves, each other, and the environment we all share. Our vision is a more sustainable and equitable society, where we redefine power, prosperity, and relationships to inspire meaningful change through better collaboration.

WHAT?

Introducing Conflict Café, a unique initiative born from over 15 years of Percolab’s groundbreaking social innovation work. Drawing from our cooperative experience and collaborations with clients, we’ve developed tools and practices designed to transform the way we approach power, prosperity, and relationships. This is your invitation to explore a fresh, practical approach to navigating conflict and collaboration.

HOW?

Conflict Café is more than an experience—it’s an action-research project that builds our collective capacity to live, work, and thrive within the challenges of the socio-ecological transition. Through the Conflict Café, we’re creating a safe, caring space to experiment with relational practices, helping participants grow and collaborate in transformative ways. Together, we’ll discover new pathways to engage with these challenges and strengthen the foundations for a collective better future.

TESTIMONIALS

I appreciate the caring space that encourages openness and introspection to explore collaboration.

It's a practical space where colleagues can exchange ideas on our communication patterns.

I liked the format, the framing too, it's playful without being too much so.

The activity helped me to better understand myself and my reactions and their triggers.

The practices proposed helped me to take a step back from the way I was reacting.

The openness and spirit of the game, the attentive listening without judgment, helped me discover a more versatile way of relating.

This contributes to peaceful and harmonious relations!

I like the framework of tools that allows you to open up and leave room for the organic while developing new ways of doing things, countering reflexes and choosing new ones.

I liked the choice of activities and the freedom to go as deep as we wanted.

The Conflict Café was such a valuable addition to our Innovate4Cities conference. Percolab's team has done a great job in having open conversations with our participants, creating a safe space, and encouraging creative thinking. Martine De Zoeten, UN-Habitat Climate Team
